  3.                         Welcome To The File Equalizer

  5.  │ Here you will find a list of files that are available to you the user at  │
  6.  │ a cost of ½ cent per kilobyte. There are over 50,000 files available now  │
  7.  │ and the database is growing everyday. The File Equalizer will deduct the  │
  8.  │ charge for any files you have requested and maintain a balance for you.   │
  9.  │ Example: You send a check for $10.00 and it is credited to your balance   │
  10.  │ in The File Equalizer. If you downloaded 300K worth of files, you would   │
  11.  │ have a $8.50 balance in your account. You only pay when you use The File  │
  12.  │ Equalizer. You can check your balance anytime by hitting [U] at The File  │
  13.  │ Equalizer's Main Menu and then hitting [L]. I am sure you will find the   │
  14.  │ selection worth the cost involved. Just [M]ark files from the file list   │
  15.  │ which creates a Download Queue then go to The File Equalizer's User's     │
  16.  │ Menu and hit [A] then [R] to request these files. Files requested will be │
  17.  │ put on-line for you in 24-48 Hours. They will be in the Wildcat file area │
  18.  │ called File Equalizer (General). You may download the files you requested │
  19.  │ from The File Equalizer from The Wildcat File Menu. All files that you    │
  20.  │ have requested will be protected by a password consisting of the first 14 │
  21.  │ letters of your name. {Correct EX: Mark Jones} {Wrong EX: MarkJones}      │
